May 12 Friday night Meet and Greet at the Collège Louis-Riel Gym
Amble the school hallways and peruse the various displays.  Thereafter, make your way to the gym for wine/beer (one free ticket) and refreshments!
6:30 pm Doors open at St. Jean Baptiste Entrance … Registration. School tours!
In gymnasium entering from Cathedrale Ave  access:
8:00 pm to 8:30 pm Greetings from Dignitaries / Guests
8:30 pm to 1:00 Dance & Mingle
* Sorry no coat check
* Tickets drawn for door prizes!
* There will be finger food and sweet baked goods!
* Last call at bar 11:45 pm

May 13 Saturday Variety Show and Social at the Club Regent Casino Event Centre
6:00  to  6:30 PM                  Cocktails
6:30  to  8:00 PM                   Buffet
8:00  to  10:00 PM                Variety Show
10:00 PM  to  01:00 AM    Social
* There will be a 50/50 draw.  Tickets will be sold at the door from 6:30 PM on.  Draw will take place around mid-nite.
* There is a Coat Check in the main foyer of the Event Centre.
