Hello all: we are anticipating a frenzied opening Friday evening, May 12th at 6:30 pm.  To mitigate the mad rush and confusion we have scheduled volunteers to man a table at the main entrance (St. Jean Baptiste) of College Louis-Riel.

This will occur the week leading up to the Meet & Greet. People will be able to pick up their name tags and purchase tickets (cash only) for either evening’s event. This is the schedule:

Monday,  Wednesday,   Friday  (May 8,10 and 12)   11:00 am to 02:00 pm

Tuesday,  Thursday   (May 9,11)    4:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Those of you who have purchased tickets will be able to collect your name tags ahead of time.  Friday evening you will just show your ticket and receive 1 drink ticket and 1 door prize ticket and sail on through.

Please note that online ticket sales will end Thursday May 11, 11:30pm.

Tickets will be available at the door (Friday night only), cash only.  If needed, an ATM machine will be available.
