The Louis Boys

The Louis Boys have been on the Francophone music scene for 45 years. Well- known performers at the Festival du Voyageur, they sing the history of the Franco-manitobans.  Louis_Boys_01

They received the Prix Riel from the Société Franco-manitobaine in 2002, a special award for their contribution to the French culture in Manitoba.  They have produced three CDs :  On est les boss;  Live au Festival du voyageur and Rouge.

The members are:  Pierre Morier, Edwin Prince, Jacques Dorge, Marcel Druwè (teacher LRC 1991-1996), Marc Deschambault, Gabriel Masse, Gerry Bohémier (LRC 1968).
